October Hill is a unique campground. Lots are privately owned by individuals and owners are part of the October Hill Camplot Owners Association. There is an elected Board of Trustees who oversee the business of October Hill, as well as a Ways and Means Committee to plan events. We do NOT offer seasonal camp lot rentals and our courtesy lots are not open to the public.

1. When must Association Dues be paid?

• Dues must paid by Memorial Day and are still the most cost effective dues in Mohican

2. When are Sewer Assessments due?

• Sewer Assessments are to be paid by August 1

3. Where can I get a gate opener?

• Gate openers are available at the Hill office for $25 or via the website shopping page

4. When is the office open?

• The Hill office is open every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to Noon

5. When are the lot owner's meetings?

• Lot owner meetings are held on the Sundays of Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day at 1pm in the lodge
