October Hill is a Private, Gated Community located on one of the highest points in Holmes County, Ohio . It features a Log Cabin Lodge overlooking a majestic hillside, as well as an Olympic-sized swimming pool, Basketball courts, Volley Ball, Shuffle Board, Horse Shoes, Mini golf, and a Kids Playground area. Nestled in the heart of Mohican country, the community is just a short drive away from Amish country and area attractions.
Ways and Means sponsors a variety of activities throughout the summer. They include Golf Cart Parades, Live Bands, Bingo, a Poker Run, Picnics and more. Church is held in the lodge on most Sundays.
